According to the newspaper, the Ukrainian military are forced to find a "creative way out of the situation." "Recently at night they climbed a slag heap to install a camera connected to a Starlink Internet terminal powered by a generator. The camera provides a transmission that can help them detect Russian planes at a distance," the newspaper writes.
Starlink is a satellite Internet service of Elon Musk's SpaceX company. It consists of mass-produced small satellites in low Earth orbit that interact with ground-based transceivers.
