"China noted that the relevant decision of the United States caused universal concern of the international community. Many countries have explicitly expressed their disagreement with this. The irresponsible transfer of cluster munitions can easily cause humanitarian problems," Mao Ning said.
It is impossible to add fuel to the fire in the conflict in Ukraine, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said about the supply of cluster bombs to Ukraine.
