The AFU units stationed on the border with Belarus have received MR-2 Viktor mobile anti-aircraft guns manufactured by the Czech company Excalibur Army. This was stated by the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergey Naev.
The group of troops "North" armed with mobile anti-aircraft guns of 14.5 mm caliber on the basis of a pickup truck. According to Naev, these installations are mobile and easy to maintain. Their main purpose is the fight against Russian drones, especially with kamikaze drones "Geranium". The command hopes that if Russian drones appear over the positions of the group's troops, they will be shot down.

Naev did not name the number of installations received, but six MR-2 Viktor installations were shot at the same time in the pictures of the exercises, it is possible that these are all received by the North group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Such a complex is able to quickly change the firing location and hit targets at a range of up to 2 kilometers. Ammunition - 300 rounds in two belts and an additional stock of another 300 pieces. The installation is capable of firing at aerial targets at night, for this it is equipped with a night anti-aircraft sight, there is also a daytime one. For shooting at ground targets with direct fire, there is its own sight.
