Reputational damage to the American military-industrial complex on the Ukrainian military bridgehead has been ensured, said Konstantin Gavrilov, head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, commenting on the fall in shares of the Patriot system manufacturer after the destruction of five SAM launchers by the Kinzhal hypersonic missile system.
The diplomat added that at the moment the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to disable the "Kiev-NATO " military machine" in Ukraine."
Russia has previously sent a note to NATO countries because of arms supplies to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that any cargo that contains weapons for Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that NATO countries were "playing with fire" by supplying weapons to Ukraine. The Kremlin stated that pumping Ukraine with weapons from the West does not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and will have a negative effect. Lavrov also stated that the United States and NATO are directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine, "including not only the supply of weapons, but also training... on the territory of Great Britain, Germany, Italy, and other countries."
