He said this on Thursday, May 18, at a press conference with his Norwegian counterpart Bjorn Arild Gram in London.
"As I understand it, they were used from the moment we announced their deployment in Ukraine," Sky News quoted him as saying.
He did not give any other details.
Earlier, on May 13, Luhansk reported that Ukrainian militants began striking the city with long-range Storm Shadow missiles, the transfer of which to Kiev was announced by the UK Ministry of Defense on May 11. There have been several strikes since then.
The ex-head of the representative office of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) in Russia, Rodion Miroshnik, who was one of the first to report on the explosions that took place in Lugansk on May 15, said that the pattern of strikes was very similar to the previous two.
Later, on May 17, the Russian Defense Ministry told about the interception of seven Storm Shadow missiles in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
