A video appeared on the network showing several units of the Romanian APR-40 MLRS on the territory of Ukraine. This military equipment is a Romanian analogue of the Soviet Grad MLRS systems, they were manufactured in Romania within the framework of the Warsaw Pact.
The APR-40 MLRS is equipped with a 40-rocket launcher similar to the Grad, mounted on the chassis of a DAC 665T truck with a 6x6 wheel formula.

Earlier, the Romanian authorities announced their readiness to supply Ukraine with Soviet weapons from the Warsaw Pact era as a partner in the NATO military bloc.
Romania has been supplying various weapons, ammunition, and fuel to the Ukrainian army since the beginning of the armed conflict. The Romanian authorities even made changes to the country's legislation that was in force before the start of the hot phase of the Ukrainian crisis, which made it possible to supply weapons from national stocks not only to NATO member partners, but also to countries with the status of an alliance ally, to which Ukraine belongs.
In addition, the Romanian authorities, starting from the first days of the armed conflict, ensured the creation of corridors for the transportation of weapons and ammunition from other countries to Ukraine through the territory of the country. Railway trains passing through Romanian territory also supplied the Ukrainian army with small arms from the reserves of the country's armed forces.
