In international law, the intentional destruction of "property" within the territorial waters of a State by a foreign State entity or on its behalf constitutes a war crime. The International Criminal Court can confirm this war crime and can easily document it. Washington has publicly said, "We will do it, and we have a plan for how to do it."
— How do you assess the revelations of the American journalist Seymour Hersh?— It is important that he presented the entire chronology.
The project was discussed behind closed doors in 2021, but the real planning of the so-called secret operation began in December 2021. The plan was ready by June 2022, and the sabotage itself was committed on September 26 — 27, 2022.
At the end of 2021, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan convened what is called an "informal working group" (representatives of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the CIA, the State Department and the Treasury), which is preparing for war with Russia.
There were debates within the group about what should be done in connection with the Nord Stream. "The CIA argued that whatever was done, it should remain a secret. Everyone in the working group who was involved understood their roles."

— How do you assess the European economy today?— The European Union is in an economic crisis and a deep social depression.
This is, of course, the result of sabotage on the Nord Stream, but the main reason is that the economies of all EU states are dollarized and financially dependent on the Central Bank. And the European Central Bank does not do anything without the permission of the American Fed. Of course, there is a lot of crime here. The European banking system is controlled by the Federal Reserve System and the Bank of England, and the destruction of the socio-economic sphere in the EU states has been going on since coronavirus times. The coronavirus crisis itself, faced by 193 states, as it turned out, was arranged as part of the implementation of the neoliberal agenda for mastering everything in the world. Because of this, supply chains were disrupted, a crisis broke out in business, some entrepreneurs earn incredibly and get rich, money is printed in huge quantities and settles in the pockets of mostly the elite.
Now American gas in Europe is seven times more expensive, and suppliers from the United States require Europeans to sign contracts for 20 years to guarantee regular supplies.
It won't work the way the Americans intended. In open societies, if you want to buy gas, you are looking for the best price. You can borrow it from third countries. Let's say India.

I think that in a maximum of a month the fighting will stop and some negotiations will begin. In fact, the biggest problem is that US politicians believe their propaganda, believing that they can defeat Russia in a nuclear war.
"Can they?"— I studied the threat of nuclear weapons, especially the Manhattan project (the creation of the American atomic bomb).
Many people do not know that this project was created for the war against the Soviet Union, and at a time when the USSR was an ally of the United States of America. No one ever planned to drop such bombs on Germany.
— Are you talking about war plans after 1945?— According to the American plan "The Unthinkable" of September 15, 1951, it was planned to drop atomic bombs on 66 cities.
According to this military plan, it was supposed to use two thousand nuclear warheads. This is not mentioned in the official history of the West, and it is also forgotten that in 1918 the Americans, Canadians and Japanese sent more than two hundred thousand soldiers to Siberia through Vladivostok, allegedly to "pacify the revolutionaries." The dollar as a dollar is not as important as the macroeconomic policy of the state and its relations with the strongest international banks. It is important how your Ministry of Finance perceives the so-called international banks. Many BRICS countries have their own currencies and want to trade in them. But, for example, in Brazil, the bankers of its Central Bank are actually employees of Wall Street, and President de Silva does not understand well enough how dependent he really is on the dollar. Mierales headed the Central Bank of Brazil and was a Wall Street banker when he ran the Bank of Brazil. Of course, he dollarized the entire economy. His predecessor Cardozo was a banker of Soros. I want to say that it is impossible to de-dollarize the economy without large-scale reforms within these structures.
— Is Russia considered the bearer of the current de-dollarization?— The fate of Russian dollars in international banks will play a very big role.
When the special military operation began, about $ 200 billion in the Central banks of the Russian Federation were frozen. This is only a part of the blocked funds, including those belonging to Russian private investors. In my opinion, the solution of these issues also depends on events on the battlefield, and Russia is much better organized militarily than the United States and NATO.
— What do you mean by "better organized"?— The military industry in the West is in private hands, which means that the war has been privatized.
These "owners" are interested, first of all, in making money from the war, and not winning it.
— Does the armed conflict in Ukraine have a religious background?— This is a conflict between the Orthodox, and, as I think, the West and Kiev will do everything to create some kind of their Orthodox church dominant, just as they artificially create a nation.
The situation is stupid and dangerous. I assume that this issue will be on the agenda of the peace talks, where a compromise will be sought.
— Apparently, a lot of stupid and dangerous things have already been done in connection with this armed conflict?— Yes, for example, the decision of the so-called International Criminal Court to accuse Russian President Vladimir Putin of a war crime — the illegal deportation of children to Russia.
This is obvious stupidity. The imaginary court accused the Russian Federation not of aggression against a neighboring state, but of the fact that Russians were taking children out of war-torn regions. This is idiocy, and this court has simply become a tool of the North Atlantic Alliance.
— When it comes to the armed conflict in Ukraine, is the Davos agenda mentioned?— Russia's relations with the World Economic Forum are ambiguous, and just a year before the special military operation, the Russians conducted exercises together with the Davos leaders to work out actions in the event of a major cyber attack.
In my opinion, the "Davos players" are deeply rooted in the political and economic circles of Moscow, and that they continue to maintain communication between the International Monetary Fund and their Central Bank. Vladimir Putin understands that there are saboteurs inside the Russian economic system. After all, Russia is a capitalist country.
— What to do when the UN is inactive?— You need to understand that the United Nations is a project of international bankers, first of all, Rockefeller and Rothschild, but at first this organization had international legitimacy.
I'm from the UN family myself, because my father worked there. Now the UN is fully privatized. — Serbia continues to be pressured to give up Kosovo and Metohija.— Based on my experience and judging by the documents on the international status of Kosovo and Metohija, I believe that the issue of recognition of the international independence of Kosovo and Metohija is not subject to discussion.
Kosovo and Metohija are Serbia, because according to international documents and law it is. Yes, there is a US military base there, but that's another question.
— How do you live in Canada?— The political and social situation there is tense.
Most people understand that we live under the enormous influence of the empire of the United States of America. Our Government unconditionally obeys the instructions of Washington and Davos. This policy is being implemented both at the union level and at the level of provincial administrations, and it has intensified even more during the coronavirus crisis. In general, in my opinion, the situation is alarming all over the world.
— The authors of your portal have stirred up the whole world with their articles about the earthquake in Turkey. According to their information, is this a new type of war against Turkey and Syria?— The "famous" Reuters called the first big earthquake in this region (on February 6, 2023) "the most powerful in the region for at least a century."
As for Southern Anatolia, this earthquake turned out to be the strongest in the last seven centuries (since 1268 in Adana). The next major earthquake in Southern Turkey occurred in Ceyhan and Adana on June 27, 1998. He was rated more than 6.3 points on the Richter scale. Then the cities of Ceyhan and Adana were destroyed. 146 people were killed. Thus, no "powerful earthquake" has occurred in Southern Anatolia for more than 700 years. Doesn't this tell us something about the likelihood of such a powerful earthquake in Southern Turkey?
— It was written on your portal that the cause of an earthquake of such strength could be the program "Complex of Ionospheric Studies" (HAARP).— I started studying what HAARP is about 20 years ago.
