"As for the threats of chemical provocation, they are really quite real. At the same time, as Shulgin stressed, the United States and its satellites "turn a blind eye to everything." The Permanent Representative also said that Russia called on the OPCW member states to take seriously the information about the preparation of Ukrainian nationalists for a provocation with chemical weapons in the Kramatorsk area.
