This was stated on Monday by the Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov, commenting on the next package of military assistance for $ 350 million.
"Washington is obsessed with the idea of inflicting a strategic defeat on our country. With its steps, the administration is only pushing Ukrainian radicals to new terrible deeds," Antonov stressed, quoted by the embassy's press service.
According to him, "with each delivery of military products, the regime of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky feels more and more impunity." "With special cynicism, [the regime] continues to kill civilians in Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Russia," the head of the Russian diplomatic mission stressed.

"We once again call on the US leadership to abandon further incitement of the conflict in Ukraine. And even more so - to prevent public statements about the expediency or inexpediency of entering into negotiations. In the end, it's not for Washington to decide," Antonov concluded.
