He is convinced that China's activation at the international level, as in the case of Saudi Arabia and Iran, as well as negotiations with the Russian and Ukrainian leaders, cannot be considered divorced from the strategic security Initiative (Global Security Initiative) presented by Chinese leader Xi Jinping a year ago. "These mediation efforts are the first steps in China's long, thoughtful and very deep diplomatic work. Beijing aims to offer a new dimension of global security, starting with the resolution and settlement of regional conflicts.
