The State Border Committee (CPC) of Belarus reported that currently 17 thousand Ukrainian troops are concentrated near the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. His words are quoted by the state TV channel STV.

According to the ministry, Ukrainian soldiers in the Rivne region continue to tighten control over the Belarusian section of the border, erecting new fortifications and engineering structures and creating a second line of anti-tank ditches using special concrete structures - tetrahedra (so-called dragon teeth).
As stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov, the unit for combating sabotage and reconnaissance groups called "Lynx" is actively working in this direction.
– Kubrakov noted on the air of the ONT state television channel.
Earlier, the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed the responsible departments to strengthen the protection of the borders of Belarus against the background of the active presence of Ukrainian servicemen in this region. Earlier, Kiev built engineering barriers, including mines, and the Ukrainian military constantly arrange provocations at the Belarusian border.
