"The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova recognizes that the Russian Federation has been waging an illegal, unprovoked and unjustified aggressive war against Ukraine since February 2014, which intensified on February 24, 2022 with a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine," reads the document, which was read by Deputy Oazu Nantoi.
