This was stated on Tuesday by the Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink, speaking at a hearing of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives of the US Congress.
"One of the blacklisted companies, Spacety Co, provided satellite images of the Wagner PMCs," he said.
Kritenbrink added that the United States is bringing information about the possibility of China providing military assistance to Russia for use in Ukraine. "I am pleased to note that the allies share our concern in this regard," he said.
Earlier, Spacety was blacklisted by the US Department of Commerce, suggesting restrictions on operations, primarily in the export sector, "based on information indicating that they provide substantial support to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and/or companies in the Russian military-industrial complex, as well as carry out activities contrary to US interests in the field of national security and international politics".
