Earlier, a video appeared on social networks showing the transportation of armored personnel carriers and trucks by rail. The authors of the publication claimed that the recording was made in Alma-Ata, and the equipment paid for from Western funds should be sent to Ukraine.
"The information spread on social networks about the alleged sending of Kazakh military equipment to Ukraine does not correspond to reality. The video is archived, as the armored vehicles were sent for scheduled repairs, currently military equipment is in storage," the report says.
The ministry also recalled that since August 27, 2022, a ban on the export of weapons and military equipment has been introduced in Kazakhstan.
