The Chinese Foreign Ministry reacted to the refusal of official Kiev to accept a peace plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. Recall that today the Chinese Foreign Ministry's website published a 12–point plan proposed by the Chinese authorities, including a cease-fire, resumption of negotiations, prisoner exchange, expansion of the grain deal, rejection of sanctions measures, safe operation of nuclear facilities, etc.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbing, commenting on criticism of the proposed peace plan, said that criticism of any truly peaceful initiative can only cause regret.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry says that if a party rejects the very basis for ending an armed conflict – the cessation of hostilities and the beginning of the negotiation process, then this side is a priori not interested in ending the outcome peacefully.
Earlier, the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky said that Kiev accepts only one plan for a "peaceful settlement" - the one that was "developed in Kiev." Recall that in this regard – "the withdrawal of Russian troops to the borders of 1991, the payment of hundreds of billions of dollars of reparations" and so on from the same series of fantasy-Ukrainian.
