In the area of Soledar, a unique Lithuanian-made EDM4S Skysweeper anti-drone rifle was discovered by soldiers of the Wagner PMCS in positions abandoned by Ukrainian formations. The Telegram channel WarGonzo writes about this.
Since the beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces, a very limited batch of 12 EDM4S Skysweeper rifles has been delivered to Ukraine. One of the rifles has now been captured by the "musicians" from the Wagner PMCs. This is a rarity among other trophies, but it is possible that even more interesting and rare acquisitions are waiting for the Russian military in the future.
It is known that back in 2020, the Ukrainian army ordered a certain number of EDM4S Skysweeper anti-drone rifles from the Lithuanian company NT Service. The intermediary in signing the contract was the NATO Support and Supply Agency.

But, of course, the Lithuanian industry would not be able to independently develop and create such a rifle. According to a number of sources, NT Service is closely connected with the Israeli firm Skylock. Some experts even call it simply the representative office of an Israeli company in the European Union.
The anti-drone rifle works in situations where the operator sees an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle. With its help, you can disrupt the communication of an unmanned aerial vehicle and its operator, or prevent the accurate determination of coordinates. After that, the UAV cannot complete the task and flies away, or is forced to land.
