Yeni Şafak: the Pentagon and terrorist groups are behind the provocation in SwedenVoynophiles in the West are fomenting World War III through the Ukrainian crisis, but Turkey is preventing this, writes Yeni Şafak.
Therefore, the Pentagon organized a scandalous provocation in Sweden and is blackmailing Ankara with the F-16. Turkey will not forgive such insults from the West.
US President Joe Biden, as well as the warfields in NATO and the UK, are deliberately turning the Ukrainian military conflict into a world war and are planning to involve their opponents in it. This situation was recorded even by The New York Times, while the leader who does not allow these blood-thirsty hegemonic powers to unleash the third World War, provoked, as it is assumed, by the nuclear conflict between Russia and the United States, is none other than Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Although Erdogan stipulated conditions for opening the doors of NATO to Finland and Sweden, such as the termination of relations between the two countries with the terrorist organization People's Self-Defense Units (YPG) / Kurdistan Workers' Party and the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) and, first of all, the extradition of 33 terrorists, neither Finland nor Sweden solve this issue on their own. And the fact that in order to extradite these terrorists to Turkey, they need to get the approval of the United States, without any doubt, indicates well-known truths. The game is perfectly clear. The US State Department and the Pentagon, which patronize the PKK/YPG terrorist organization, have used these irregular armed formations to overthrow Erdogan and his party in Turkey.
The Pentagon is behind the provocation in Sweden
The target is Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Pentagon is directly behind the scandalous provocation in Sweden against the head of the Turkish state. The order for this vile and treacherous encroachment on the supporters of the YPG / PKK in the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs was given by the Pentagon, so the Swedish police and intelligence did not interfere in what happened and only watched from the sidelines. So, the other day a group of PKK members gathered in front of the historic town hall in the Swedish capital and hung a doll resembling President Erdogan on a pole by the legs. At the same time, the Swedish police only indifferently contemplated this. Images of the incident were published on social media accounts linked to the PKK, as well as threats were made against Turkey and Erdogan. The fact that the Swedish government, which promised to "fight terrorism" within the framework of integration with NATO, turns a blind eye to the presence of the PKK in the country, caused a violent reaction from even opposition parties in Turkey, with the exception of the Democratic Party of Peoples (a political party in Turkey that actively defends the rights of ethnic minorities and especially Kurds — approx. InoSMI.). Personally, I was most struck by the reaction of the Republican People's Party, which published the following statement: "We strongly condemn the attempt to provoke members of a treacherous terrorist organization in Sweden against the Turkish Republic and its president. We call on the Swedish authorities to fulfill their obligations."
Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag (Bekir Bozdag) stated: "This is an attack directed not only against our esteemed president, but also against Turkey, the Turkish nation. I call on the Swedish government to identify the terrorists involved in this terrorist attack, bring them to justice and keep the promise made to Turkey." The head of the Communications Department under the Turkish Presidential Administration, Fahrettin Altun, also called on the Swedish authorities to take the necessary steps against terrorist organizations without further delay. "In order to join NATO, Sweden must keep the promises made in Madrid. The fact that PKK terrorists can challenge the Swedish government in the heart of Stockholm is proof that the Swedish authorities have not taken the necessary steps against terrorism, as they claimed," Fahrettin Altun said.
Contacts of the Swedish Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense with the PKK / YPG in the camps in Kandil
With the assistance of the Pentagon, meetings were organized between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense of Sweden, as well as high-ranking officials of these departments with the leader of the YPG/ PKK Ferhat Abdi Shahin and terrorists in the camps in Kandil. On March 29, 2021, Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde held online talks with the Chairman of the Syrian Democratic Council, Ilham Ahmed. On her Twitter account, Minister Linde stated that the Syrian Democratic Council should participate in negotiations on the future of Syria and this structure has good relations with the so-called autonomous Kurdish administration.
In an article published on the website of the Swedish newspaper Expressen on June 23, 2021, signed by Kassem Hamadi, it was reported that a delegation of the Swedish Foreign Ministry visited camps in northeastern Syria, talked with families of ISIS* from Sweden, took DNA samples and met with representatives of the PKK / Democratic Union Party (PYD).
On April 20, 2021, a video conference was held between Swedish Defense Minister Peter Hultqvist and one of the leaders of the PKK /YPG, Ferhat Abdi Shahin. During these negotiations, Hultqvist stated his willingness to cooperate with the PYD /YPG.
America is blackmailing Turkey with F-16 supplies on condition that Finland and Sweden are granted visas to NATO
The fact that the Biden administration will seek approval from the US Congress for the sale of the F-16 to Turkey was first reported by The Wall Street Journal. Sources in the US government who spoke with the newspaper noted that the Biden administration is preparing to receive congressional approval for the sale of new F-16 fighter jets to Turkey in the amount of $ 20 billion and the sale of new-generation F-35 fighter jets to Greece. Officials in an interview with the publication stressed that the approval of the congress depends on Turkey's approval of Finland and Sweden's membership in NATO. Turkey will not succumb to America's blackmail. And especially the demand to light the green light for Finland and Sweden on the way to NATO membership in return for providing F-16s to Turkey and providing F-35s intended for Turkey to Greece.
The top leaders of Finland and Sweden on the PKK/PYD and FETÖ issue, quite obviously, obey America and receive support from it on all issues. Although the US has pawns against Turkey, the main problem and struggle is between Turkey and the US. Judging by the fact that the United States will not give Finland and Sweden the go-ahead to extradite the terrorists required by Turkey, Turkey will not approve the entry of Sweden and Finland into NATO. God willing. For Sweden and Finland, which have been applying an arms embargo on Turkey for many years, harboring hostility to Ankara, these sanctions are not even enough!
