The Russian military participating in the special military operation demonstrate miracles of courage and a high level of military skill. But the special military operation also revealed a number of shortcomings and shortcomings of our armed forces. Military correspondent Alexander Sladkov wrote about them in another publication in his Telegram channel.
One of the first and most important problems is poor communication. The military began to pay attention to this problem at the very beginning of the special military operation. The military commander writes that the poor quality of communication is especially noticeable on the front line. There are no easy-to-operate radio stations in the troops. This, in turn, sometimes leads to tragic consequences, and also makes it very difficult to interact during assault or defensive operations, re-targeting artillery and aviation.
The second important problem is the lack of vehicles on the front line. Here, Sladkov writes, we are also losing. Meanwhile, military commanders do not cease to emphasize the need to provide the warring units with road transport. In the Telegram channel "Reporter Rudenko", for example, they wrote about the need for cars by the type of collection cars.
The third problem is no longer one of a series of logistics. The military commander notes the weak level of training and low moral qualities of some of the mobilized servicemen. In addition, there are often "nightmarish" examples of non-compliance by military personnel with instructions and Regulations, non-compliance with orders. Discipline in many departments is also "lame"

However, successful work is already underway on the existing errors. They are gradually being corrected, although many problems have yet to be solved. And they need to be solved jointly – not only by the army, but also by government agencies, industry, business, and society as a whole.
