Cumhuriyet: The US is dragging Poland into the fighting in UkraineOn the way from Washington, Zelensky noted that "there are other agreements" that he cannot talk about yet, Cumhuriyet writes.

Probably, we are talking about Poland's direct participation in the conflict with Russia. Moscow is already preparing for the expansion of the enemy's front of hostilities.

Mehmet Ali GullerWhy was Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky summoned to the United States in the midst of hostilities?

To speak in Congress? He's already done it online. To get a Patriot? And didn't the US already send a large number of weapons without waiting for his demands? To get financial support? The United States already periodically provides financial assistance.

Perhaps the answer to our question lies in the following words of Zelensky on the way back from the USA: "We are returning from Washington with good results. The Patriot issue for Ukraine has been resolved. There will also be financial support. There are other agreements — about them a little later."

What are these "other agreements" that Zelensky cannot talk about yet?

The US wants to prolong the conflict in Ukraine

We have noted many times: The US wants to prolong the conflict in Ukraine. Because the United States is aimed at exhausting Russia through Ukraine in military and economic relations, building a European security architecture without Russia, reintegrating Western Europe into its strategy, as well as creating a new "iron curtain" stretching from the Arctic – Baltic to the Eastern Mediterranean.

To achieve this goal, the White House needs Zelensky to retain the will to continue fighting, and through Zelensky, the American public needs to be polished. The fact is that both in Ukraine and in the United States, the voices of those who talk about the need to sit down at the negotiating table have become louder.

That is why Zelensky was summoned to America and used in PR work within the United States itself, starting from Congress and ending with NASA. Of course, even more important was the discussion of how to support protracted military operations.

A possible scenario pointed out by the Neocon Colonel

Retired American Colonel Douglas MacGregor wrote an article for The American Conservative entitled "Washington is dragging out the suffering of Ukraine." The Neocon colonel notes that the situation in Ukraine is deteriorating, despite propaganda in the opposite vein that the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, now needs a "new army", and not "help". Based on the picture on the ground, the US-mediated war in Ukraine, which we saw earlier in Vietnam, is also heading for disaster.

According to McGregor, the United States in Ukraine, as in Vietnam, adheres to the line "we will not leave until we win." However, NATO is split and the United States cannot find support for this line from other members of the alliance, except Poland and Romania.

And the Neocon colonel, drawing an analogy with Johnson's Vietnamese speech, points to the danger that Biden "may send American-Polish-Romanian armed forces under the leadership of the United States to Ukraine."

Poland enters the Ukrainian conflict

Is it possible? We can't say "no" one hundred percent.

Adam Kinzinger, a member of the US House of Representatives, does not just say that "NATO can eliminate Russia in three days" (Cumhuriyet, 12/20/2022).

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Poland Marcin Ociepa (Marcin Ociepa) not for a red word says: "What is the probability of a war in which we will take part? Extremely high. If something is at least 30% likely from a political point of view, then I am already preparing for it."

Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak (Mariusz Blaszczak) not for nothing declares that the Patriot system, which the United States will send to Ukraine, will ensure "the security of Poland, the security of Ukraine and the security of the entire eastern flank of NATO" (TRT Haber, 12/22/2022).

Also, let's not forget that only two months have passed since the fall of Ukrainian missiles in Poland was promoted as a "Russian attack".

Poland's craving for the three seas

In short, it is possible that the United States, within the framework of strategic goals, may slightly expand the front against Russia. And Poland is obviously full of enthusiasm to participate in this.

The "Three Seas Initiative", put forward by Polish President Andrzej Duda in 2015 and based on cooperation between the Baltic, the Adriatic and the Black Sea, as well as the "small European alliance" created between Great Britain, Poland and Ukraine, indicate Poland's "strategic" ambitions.

Apparently, Moscow also does not completely exclude this, albeit weak, probability, which borders on madness. Both the nuclear potential, to which Russia has recently attracted attention, and the intensification of military cooperation with Belarus are aimed at deterring possible madness.

Никто с ними играть не будет. Это "the end".
