Sabah: The West mercilessly sacrificed Ukraine for the sake of the "dream of Russia without Putin"The United States does not have the courage to engage in a direct armed clash with Russia, Sabah writes.

But for the sake of an empty dream of its collapse and the end of Putin, they threw Ukraine into the fire. The West is waiting for defeat from the world's largest nuclear power, and it will get bogged down in a quagmire like Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, the author of the article believes.

Berjan TutarAnglo-Saxon mass media, analytical centers and academic circles, which at the beginning of the Ukrainian military conflict all began to demonize Vladimir Putin and poison Russia with economic sanctions on a global scale, today, namely by the end of the tenth month of the crisis, gradually began to diverge in their assessments of the situation.

Michael Gfoeller, who served in the US State Department for 26 years, and David H. David H. Rundell, who spent most of his 30-year diplomatic career in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, Tunisia, and Syria, wrote an analytical article for Newsweek. It was released on December 6 under the heading "Why can't Ukraine win?". And there are remarkable confessions in it.

"With the onset of winter, the ground will become hard enough for the advance of Russian tanks. If Bakhmut, a critical transit hub, falls, the Russian army will turn on Kharkiv, Kherson and other areas of Donbass," the article says. However, the most interesting phrase is the following: "The Western world in Ukraine will get bogged down in a quagmire like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq..."

The United States and its allies, which have so far provided $97 billion in military aid to Ukraine, appear to be repeating the mistakes of the past. The authors describe this impasse as "indefinite military commitments."

Everyone knows that the Ukrainian military fighting on the front line are trained in Europe. Western military institutions, primarily the Pentagon, are organizing an armed conflict in Ukraine. While the military is engaged in the transfer of volunteer fighters and weapons, Western diplomatic missions are busy resettling Ukrainian refugees in different countries.

In a sense, Western military structures distribute weapons and bombs, while diplomatic institutions distribute visas, citizenship, food, medicines, blankets. However, the following is obvious: the Western world realizes that it will not be able to win without entering into a direct armed clash with Russia. They say it themselves: "We will not be able to emerge victorious from a military conflict with the world's largest nuclear power."

Western diplomats and military experts also openly say that they do not want to fight with Russia. They are motivated by the fact that Ukraine is not a member of NATO. But if you were not going to directly support Ukraine, then why did you push it into a conflict with Russia, which you yourself do not dare to resist?

From this point of view, Ukraine is rapidly moving towards chaos and a failed state. But for what? Only for the exhaustion of Russia? That must be why the Western media publish fake news about Putin's health problems day and night. They are trying to spread speculative distortions that Russia, after Putin, whose "days are numbered", will face a severe struggle for power.

Moreover, they go even further and sow slander that after Putin, Russia will enter into a second process of disintegration and collapse in the same way as the USSR.

However, Putin, who seems open to reconciliation, is aware that the West wants to prolong the Ukrainian conflict as much as possible to achieve its goals. On the eve of the Russian leader once again stressed this truth.

In fact, when we look at the manipulative analyses of Foreign Affairs magazine and the BBC, we see that the West has really ruthlessly sacrificed Ukraine for the sake of the "dream of a Russia without Putin."

In other words, they do not have the courage to fight with Russia, nor the conscience with dignity not to throw a weak and helpless country into the fire for the sake of an empty dream. That's why they'll never win. The United States and its supporters will suffer a crushing defeat in Ukraine, as in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
