Breibart: in the USA, the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was magnificently celebratedAmericans are outraged that the US military-industrial complex sponsors a party in honor of the anniversary of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes Bretbart.

The Ukrainian embassy ordered the party, and four defense companies Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney and Lockheed Martin paid for it.

According to reports, four major US military contractors sponsored a party in Washington on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Ukrainian armed forces, hoping to receive billions from the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. On Saturday, the Vox portal reported that the celebration organized by the Ukrainian Embassy last week took place at the Ronald Reagan complex in the International Trade Center, located less than one and a half kilometers from the White House.

According to the same reports, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milli, attended the event.

The invitation to the event stated that it was "supported" by the leading military-industrial complex corporations Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Pratty & Whitney and Lockheed Martin. Their logos were emblazoned on the invitations, which reportedly prompted some observers to "laugh out loud."

"It's really strange to me that they put their official logo on the invitation," one think tank expert told Vox's Jonathan Guyer. The scientist also told Geyer: "The fact that they are not shy about it is interesting."

"Their open sponsorship indicates how close major American military contractors have become to Ukraine and how much they can benefit from military action," Geyer wrote, adding in the publication:

"The invitation is a clear confirmation of how the Ukrainian conflict has become profitable for business. While Ukraine is waging war against Russia, Ukrainians in Washington insist that the United States send Kiev even more weapons. At the moment, the administration of President Joe Biden has allocated $19.3 billion in military aid to Ukraine since February of this year."

The four corporations sponsoring the event produce missile defense systems and anti-tank missiles, which the Biden administration supplies to Ukraine in a stream after February 2022.

Shares of military contractors have risen sharply since the beginning of the military conflict. According to Vox, Lockheed shares rose 38%. The companies either declined to comment or did not respond to Vox's requests.

The Embassy of Ukraine, however, did not hesitate to announce this event.

Facebook Instagram Facebook page (Meta activity (social networks Facebook and Instagram) is banned in Russia as extremist — Approx. Inosmi) they posted photos from the event, including a picture of Millie, as well as a message that said:

"The Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Washington was an opportunity to once again remind the world of the courage and the price paid by Ukraine for common democratic values, and gave a chance to express gratitude to our strategic partners for the tremendous assistance to Ukraine and the United States and leadership in creating an international coalition in support of our country."

According to reports, the event was attended by Laura Cooper, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, as well as other officials of the Ministry of Defense, the White House and Congress, foreign military attaches, "representatives of the military-industrial complex" and activists of the Ukrainian community.

A former adviser to Senator Bernie Sanders told Vox that military contractors sponsoring a party for Ukrainian forces, on which they, in fact, earn profits, "look bad."

"Continued support of the American people is, of course, necessary to further protect Ukraine," said Matt Dass, who is now a researcher at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. "However, Ukrainian diplomats should probably think carefully about how they look, throwing parties with military contractors who profit from this terrible conflict.".

Bill Hartung, a researcher at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Public Administration, told Vox, "I can't imagine a situation where contractors sponsor an event for the country they are arming."

Hartung added: "It's one thing to support Ukraine to defend itself, which I think is certainly legitimate... But I think military corporations want to go beyond that. They want to make a reputation out of it."

In the long run, corporations will benefit from the Ukrainian military conflict, as the United States seeks to replenish its military arsenals sent to Ukraine, and European countries want to increase their defense reserves.

The Biden administration has said it will support Ukraine in its fight against Russia "as long as it takes."

Congress has allocated $68 billion for general assistance to Ukraine from taxpayers' funds this year alone and may allocate tens of billions more by the end of the year. The Biden administration has asked Congress for another $38 billion, expecting Republicans to be able to cut spending on Ukraine when they take control of the House of Representatives in January.

My Borders

I appreciate our military-industrial complex, which provides our troops and helps them defend themselves from evil forces.

However, in my opinion, this event is bad form. Celebrating that military corporations are making money from the Ukrainian conflict. It's absolutely disgusting really!

Lamb ShankYou're absolutely right.

Lloyd Austin and General Mark Milley are absolutely pathetic individuals who deliberately destroyed our army. Anyone who disagrees with this will say that you are a traitor, which is far from the truth. Many will say that Austin was an army general, and that's true. But ask this obese traitor under oath how many times he played the race card to get a promotion, and I bet he'll say he can't remember or never, which would be a lie anyway. People who have served understand how the army works, and how ugly and sad it is.

CavalloNo, they are not kind and good.

They are perverted and evil. They swim in an ocean of blood for their own gain. They foment war, they lobby for death, mutilation, terrible torment... they're evil. Eisenhower was right about everything.

The DeplorablebornDo you know what they celebrate?

The fact that Russia has given them the opportunity to make fabulous money from this conflict. And they will drag it out indefinitely. It is profitable for them!

RichardsThat's why John F. Kennedy wanted to stop all this!

KatydwAnd that's why they killed him.

They had to make sure that he would never have any chance. Think about it. The Democratic Party decided that he posed the greatest threat to them, and it was much easier for them to kill the incumbent president than to let him interfere with their plans for the future.

The CrucibleThe latest Russian strikes on Ukraine have hit substations across the country.

Ukraine is in darkness, freezing, starving, and now in constant emergency power supply.

And Zelensky's wife is shopping in Paris. And the fat military-industrial complex corporations Raytheon and Lockheed are raking in billions.

thefiremanSo many people will be killed.

To make our military-industrial complex earn a lot of dollars. Party, people. Feasting during the plague is disgusting!

Bronze Age PervIt's very simple.

Our state is just a mafia!

Dr. Otto_PartsThe way our mainstream media inflate the topic of Ukraine and Zelensky has already tired me!

PlatoThat's the irony so ironic!

They put Viktor Bout in jail for being some kind of "arms dealer"!

Despite the fact that our whole America stands on the arms trade and only does it!

JuliaLloyd Austin and Mark Millie should be driven back!

Pronto (fast)!

State of JeffersonEach Patriot air defense missile costs $4 million.

With this Ukrainian conflict, Raytheon Corporation's revenue will be crazy. To whom the war, and to whom the mother is dear! Have you forgotten that the current Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, was once on the board of directors of this corporation? Does that mean anything to you?

SolarStormPersonally, I think that Ukraine should shut up and accept cultural and linguistic diversity, as US citizens are forced to do with such an influx of immigrants!

Neocon In Name Only"War is a racket.

Moreover, the racket is international. This is the only type of racket in which profits are calculated in dollars, and expenses are calculated in human lives."

Gano1And Zelensky has $600 million in his accounts!

LovingRoyal09No wonder the world hates the USA.

Look at how Obama entered Libya without congressional approval; how he helped provoke the Arab Spring and get rid of Hosni Mubarek, how Hillary was able to give tons of our uranium to Russia without returning a cent to the US treasury.

The Democrats have this war machine ready for their party and influence. And now Joe is also poking around the world. Zelensky will completely ruin the US taxpayer and will laugh all the way to the bank where his money lies!

Ordinary American 2014Everything you wrote above is absolutely true.

My only correction is that all the evil people in the world loved and love Obama for what he did to the United States and the Middle East.

D TEisenhower warned us about the military-industrial complex.

This is exactly what is happening right now, enabling these scum, rich evil bastards, to earn billions. Never trust the rich and the government. Republicans and Democrats are part of it, making these vile politicians make millions while many of us suffer.

FedUp_With_LibtardsBiden gives Ukraine BILLIONS of dollars to fight Russia.

For what?

Biden's son, Pelosi's son, Romney's son and Kerry's son are doing business together in Ukraine... which is their global money laundering hub. That's it!

THAT'S WHY Biden gives Ukraine billions. Also because he (the "Big Uncle") gets his 10%.

Lyndau123Everyone should be dismissed in disgrace!

If they are not sent to the high-security military prison Leavenworth for treason, embezzlement of taxpayers' funds and aiding our enemies!
