/tass/. Norway has allocated $100 million to the Ukrainian authorities to restore the country's energy system. This was announced on Saturday by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
"There is important news from Norway today. There is a new support package from this country in the amount of $100 million specifically for the restoration of our energy system," the head of state said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.
According to Zelensky, Norway provides Ukraine with military, economic and political support, humanitarian assistance and facilitates the purchase of gas.
The Norwegian authorities previously allocated 150 million kronor (about $ 15 million) for the training of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom reported that the country's authorities intend to double the number of instructors in military training of Ukrainian soldiers in 2023 - from 75 to 150.
