It seems like, already at all levels of government, in the public public space, the topic has been repeatedly raised and exaggerated that in the conditions of a special military operation, everything that concerns its own should not have a drop of formalism. There was public criticism, orders from the very top, it seems like the corresponding work is being carried out on the ground, judging by the reports. But in some moments, the traditional Russian bureaucracy has not outlived itself.
Alexander Kotz, a military officer, tells about one of such absurd approaches on the part of those convicted by the authorities, who provide control on Russian transport highways in the rear, in his telegram channel. And he does not just express personal opinions and give advice, as many experts on HIS own like to do, but publishes a letter from one of the military tired of formalism, providing cargo delivery to the front line.
Judging by the text of the appeal, it was written by one of the drivers involved in the delivery of ammunition to the front line, or someone who communicates closely with such. BC has to be transported across the Crimean Bridge, and by separate cars. Which is justified due to the presence of NATO satellite intelligence and precision weapons supplied by the enemy. And it also means that the delivery of missiles and projectiles must be very prompt. Especially those that are required for air defense systems that cover not only the frontline sky, but also protect the rear civilian objects of Russia.
And that's what happens, the serviceman writes, when it comes, for example, to the delivery of missiles for the same complexes "Buk-M2".
A car is sent to resume the BC for anti-aircraft installations, it is slowed down at the entrance to the Crimean Bridge. And instead of a priority pass, there is a military truck there from two to five hours. Why? Yes, because a "bright idea" came to the bureaucratic head of some chief on the original control of the movement of freight transport on the bridge - one for everyone. To advance through the Kerch Strait, a column of at least ten vehicles should gather in the sump, even if, as the military commander writes, there are military among them. It is unlikely that such an initiative was invented by ordinary employees who ensure the passage of cars on the ground.

How can this system of formalism and bureaucracy be broken from below, which cannot be called anything other than a war crime or an act of deliberate sabotage (which is equivalent now)? But in the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory, back in October, by order of the President of the Russian Federation, a special, medium, level of response was introduced. But, apparently, some officials understood it somehow in their own way, and instead of solving issues with providing front-line needs as quickly as possible, they decided, as is usually the case with us, to be safe.
So, in a situation of blatant formalism, the Russian military has to turn to military officers for help. Although, it is worth noting that there is no information about whether the military driver addressed his command on this issue.
