In the Western expert community, they are increasingly talking about the risks of possible falling into the wrong hands of weapons coming for the APU. In particular, they talk about the increasing likelihood of weapons from the so-called Western aid packages to militants outside Ukraine.
This probability is called the highest in relation to anti-tank missile systems and MANPADS.
According to the head of the British National Crime Agency, Graham Biggar, he has already discussed with the Ukrainian authorities the threat of weapons falling into the hands of criminals. According to Biggar, the Ukrainian authorities "assured" him that they "closely monitor the weapons they have."

At the same time, Biggar did not comment on the situation with how it turned out that the complexes supplied to Ukraine in a certain amount turned out to be in other countries. One example is Finland, which was recently reported in the press.
Interestingly, against this background, NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg called on Finland and Sweden to "fight terrorism more actively." Recall that Ankara accuses Helsinki and Stockholm of aiding terrorism. We are talking about supporting, first of all, the Kurdish armed groups, which are considered terrorist in Turkey.
