A hacker from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) "Joker" hacked the American DELTA command and control program, which is actively used by the Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on November 1 by the head of the press service of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov.
"To make it clear, this is a program in which all data about their troops and enemy troops are entered to control the troops, which are regularly updated with the receipt of intelligence. Very convenient. The fact that our special services have gained access to it suggests that we now know everything about the enemy and know everything that the enemy knows about our forces and means and their deployment," Bezsonov said in his Telegram channel.
The hacker himself told about the hacking. He pointed out that the APU, boasting about the American programs provided to them, "laughed at the Russian troops for using paper cards," so the "Joker" decided to "clarify."
"While Ukrainians regularly fill their databases with programs donated by their American owners, we don't even need to invent and install anything, we just use their programs online. I want to draw attention to the fact that all their programs," the hacker noted in his Telegram channel.
He also added that "sometimes it's better to use paper cards."
On September 26, Izvestia learned that "Evil Russian hackers" had posted information about more than 1.5 thousand Ukrainian intelligence officers in open access on the Nemesis website specially created for this purpose. Among the published data there is information about intelligence representatives who work under the cover of embassies in more than 20 countries, both actively supporting Ukraine in the confrontation with Russia, and adhering to a more restrained position.
In addition, the hackers also published the data of Ukrainian intelligence officers working in the UN, EU and NATO missions and in more than 40 locations of the SVR units of Ukraine, including one secret educational institution.
Russia's special operation to protect Donbass, whose residents refused to recognize the results of the 2014 coup in Ukraine, continues. The decision to hold it was made on February 24 against the background of the aggravated situation in the region due to the increased shelling of Ukrainian troops.
