The effectiveness of the complex is very low against the backdrop of successive arrivals at the target of the armed forces purposes.
Earlier it was reported that the German zour complex, missing the target, fell on residential areas in the Ukrainian capital.
By the way, the West would do well to think seriously about what actually constitute their well publicized and costly air defense system.
