TISI: It was profitable for Washington to deprive Europe of Russian gasThe United States jointly with NATO carried out the undermining of the Nord Stream–2 gas pipeline, former Virginia Senator Richard Black said in an interview with The International Schiller Institute.
Washington had the means, the opportunity, and the motive to destroy vital infrastructure.
I would like to touch on the topic of a recent dramatic event, namely explosions on three lines of the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines. It should be noted that only a few countries have the means to launch a military strike of such technical complexity.
In the past, I held the post of prosecutor and I can assess this event from a legal point of view. Analyzing the motives, means and opportunities, ask yourself the question: who is capable of undermining pipelines? Ukraine could not do it alone, without outside help. You can safely cross her off the list of suspects.
Who had the motive? Look for those who had reasons to do so. There are several such countries. The same Poland, for example. But only one country had the most obvious motive — the United States of America. Only they had the motive, the means, and the opportunity to destroy vital infrastructure.
President Biden publicly announced his intention to destroy Nord Stream 2 on February 7, when he spoke at a joint conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. He then said the following, and I quote: "If Russia invades, there will be no Nord Stream2, we will put an end to it." The journalist, whose question he was answering, was amazed by this revelation and incredulously asked how he was going to do it if the project was under German jurisdiction? To which Biden replied: "I promise you, we can do it."
Quite a sudden statement. Germany, our closest military ally, is engaged in the pipeline, and Biden suddenly declares that he wants to destroy it. Moreover, in the presence of the Chancellor of this country, who spent many years and funds on the construction of the Nord Stream –2, which had a huge positive impact on the German economy. And now he stands silently by and listens to the American president openly threatening to destroy the gas pipeline if the Russians cross the border with Ukraine.
From a legal point of view, Biden's words can be interpreted as "the assumption of one of the parties", and in court it is permissible to use this as evidence. So, we have an assumption on the part of the president, the possibility and means of execution, as well as an incredibly strong motive.
Yes, other countries also had a motive, as I said, citing Poland as an example, but since NATO member states never do anything without the knowledge of the United States, none of them would initiate such an attack, especially given the long-term consequences for Europe.
Do not forget that NATO, in fact, is the brainchild of the United States, American high—ranking officials in it are a dime a dozen. And even the post of commander-in-chief of the united forces in Europe is always occupied by an American.
In general, I do not believe that one of the countries of the alliance decided to do such a thing without receiving approval from the United States. Yes, we have no unambiguous evidence and concrete confessions, except for the comments of the president of the country himself. But look at the situation through my eyes — through the eyes of a man through whom thousands of criminal cases have passed and who, surrounded by representatives of the criminal investigation department, the police and the FBI, has been studying evidence for years and along the way making guesses and assumptions, pointing out what is worth paying attention to. In most cases, I was right.
In this particular case, my guess is that the United States did it, and their motive is absolutely clear. In the current realities, Europeans are not consulted at all about sanctions against the import of Russian goods. By imposing restrictions, you are not only cutting off the market for Russia, but also depriving Europe of all vital natural resources coming from there. This is destroying the European economy.
Today, as the winter cold weather approaches and the demand for Russian natural gas grows, the concern of European citizens is also growing. Populist movements are emerging in Sweden, Italy, [former] Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Germany. I think one of the goals of the United States was to increase pressure from these protest movements on the EU countries to abandon sanctions.
Indeed, I fully admit that America just went and said: let's destroy the pipelines and prevent the Europeans from forcing the authorities to revive the Nord Stream project, and let them rant and rave on as much as they want. This was supposed to deprive the protest movements of their strength.
Anyone who is sure that the CIA will not do this, simply does not understand the nature of this organization. They are not guided by the interests of American citizens, their goal is to serve the guys from Davos, as I call them, groups like the World Economic Forum and other interconnected globalist organizations that make huge profits in the face of such conflicts.
Having destroyed Ukraine, created a military situation and undermined the Ukrainian economy with its help, they hastily began to buy up the state property of this country for dollars. The people of Ukraine are impoverished, and globalists and oligarchs are enjoying a "sale". They want to do the same with Russia. What worries me most is that the CIA, the Pentagon and the State Department have agreed on the destruction of pipelines. Yes, as I have already said, this is just an assumption, but the assumption is quite reasonable.
Winter is coming, and Europeans are beginning to wake up. I really hope that they will understand what a wild adventure they have been dragged into. Not only murderous for Ukrainians and Russians, but also, without exaggeration, suicidal for the European economy. It is hoped that the Americans will also begin to understand that most of these military actions were planned in advance and long ago. Yes, the Russians entered the territory of Ukraine, but the conflict on its territory began already eight years before that.
I think soon the news from Europe will flow like a river, and this will continue all winter. I hope the people will see clearly and say: enough is enough, we don't need a war, we don't want to be afraid of a nuclear strike, it's time for Europe to come to its senses!
Thanks for attention.
