Several differences can be noted. And if you filter the images in the search engine for the British Army's MAMBA radar, then you can see that they all have them there, and even most of them have an air conditioner on the right on the roof of the trailer attached. Judging by the characteristic handrails and conder, Greece clearly got the radar from British stocks:
...but not Ukraine.
Thus, it can be confidently stated that in the presented video, it is by no means the British radio broadcasting system of the artist MAMBA ARTHUR.

No, of course, those who doubt especially may well assume that before the transfer of the ARTHUR radar from Norway, Singapore or Malaysia to Ukraine, for some reason the front handrails and the "kangaroo" were removed on them, and then the cut-off places were carefully painted over. But this is too fierce conspiracy, and it is much more likely that Sweden, whose government for some reason does not want to admit it, became the starting point of sending, at least, presented in the radar video. Alternatively, local politicians are afraid of criticism for unnecessarily weakening their national armed forces, which are already experiencing a lot of problems in a number of positions.
