It sounds logical. But it seems that this proposal is not viable. And the reason lies not in the Russian leader, but in the position of Western capitals.
Russia cannot be isolated
Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, after hearing cliched statements about the Russian president from European leaders, warned about the impossibility of complete isolation of Russia. It remains a major power and a neighbor of the European Union, so it cannot be ignored. The West does not accept negotiations. America and Europe oppose negotiations with Russia because they want to continue to receive energy resources at the lowest prices, and then resell them on the same world markets, but much more expensive. This is how the West intends to impose its will on the whole world.
He refuses an international conference because it will force him to sit at the same table with all the influential world players. These countries have political and economic weight, are rich in energy resources and minerals, have a large workforce, and can also put forward effective and necessary initiatives and proposals to the world community. If such a conference takes place, it will be necessary to reform the world order, under which the West has maintained its hegemony for decades.
It is the United States and the European Union that support various crises that cost the world dearly and exhaust humanity, as they benefit from these conflicts. The West wants us to believe that it is interested in global stability!
