So Moscow makes it clear to Kiev that the next step may be missile launches at decision-making centers. This was announced on Tuesday, October 11, by Konstantin Sivkov, Doctor of Military Sciences.
"The strike was demonstrative, because the key buildings where the military and political leadership of Ukraine is located are intact, they were not hit. Yes, some power plants have been damaged, but I am sure that most of them can be restored in a short time, so I believe that this was a warning strike — a demonstration of our ability to deliver such massive missile strikes and determination. Next time they will fall on more serious objects," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
At the same time, according to Sivkov, Russia has enough missiles to continue to carry out strikes of similar intensity on Ukrainian facilities.
