/tass/. Russia is ready to resume negotiations with Ukraine, but will not discuss the choice of residents of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions - they become Russians forever. This was stated on Friday by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the ceremony of admission to the country of four new regions.
Moscow, the head of state stressed, will defend its new territories "with all available forces and means," and the West has no moral right to challenge the results of referendums in Donbass and in the liberated territories. The Russian leader devoted most of his speech to criticizing the policies of Western countries, directly accused the "Anglo-Saxons" of organizing explosions on the "Northern Streams" and mentioned that the United States had "set a precedent" for the use of nuclear weapons.

About new regions
Residents of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions "have made their choice, an unambiguous choice": "People living in Lugansk and Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye, become our citizens. Forever."

The West is ready to "step over everything" in order to preserve the "neocolonial system", which allows it to "parasitize, in fact, plunder the world" and "extract the rent of the hegemon". The dictatorship of its elites is directed, among other things, against its own peoples and acquires "features <...> outright Satanism."
Western countries want to turn Russia into a colony, and the real reasons for the hybrid war unleashed against it are "greed, the intention to preserve their unlimited power": "They don't need Russia at all, we need it." In the situation around Ukraine, they "in fact, just dropped their masks, showed their true insides."
Now the West needs to break Russia at all costs, but it is a great power that will not live by its "rigged, false rules" and will fight for a "fair and free path." The scrapping of Western hegemony is irreversible, a "liberation anti-colonial movement" is developing within various countries and societies: "It will not be like before."

Western countries are behind the state of emergency on the "Northern Streams": "There are not enough sanctions for the Anglo-Saxons.
