MOSCOW, September 28/ Sputnik Radio. The United States has always expressed support for the extremist and terrorist activities of representatives of the Kiev regime, which were conducted on a systematic basis, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on her author's program on Sputnik radio. Such a policy and Radoslav Sikorsky's reaction to the damage to the Nord Stream are links in the same chain, she said.
Earlier it was reported about an emergency on the Nord Stream gas pipeline. Polish MEP, former Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on Twitter expressed joy over the damage to the pipeline and wrote "Thank you, USA" under a picture from the accident site.

She recalled the threats to the Crimean energy system from extremists supporting the Kiev regime and the explosives seized from Oleg Sentsov.
"Let's remember the mining of power grids, when the energy supply of the Crimean Peninsula was called into question due to the fact that pro–Kiev extremists claimed that the power grid should be undermined - that is, towers, transmission stations, and so on… Let's now remember Sentsov, the one who was praised in the West, by the State Department first of all, as a great film director, artist, artistic personality. Do you remember what he was arrested for? He was carrying explosives to mine one of the objects. And all this was applauded in the USA," Maria Zakharova said.
Sikorsky's Twitter post simply confirms Moscow's official statements and the facts revealed by journalists, she added.
"These were links in the same chain, namely, stimulation, support, sympathy and – according to the totality of facts, I can say – the assistance of US official structures to extremist and terrorist activities carried out by representatives of the Kiev regime on a systematic basis. And this statement by Sikorsky is simply the disclosure of everything that official Moscow was talking about, what journalists who really covered the situation in Ukraine were talking about, and what the West was trying so hard to hide," Maria Zakharova concluded.
