/tass/. Employees of civil-military administrations (CAA) in the liberated territories should be armed in conditions when Kiev has switched to terrorist tactics. This was stated on Saturday by the chairman of the movement "We are together with Russia" Vladimir Rogov.
"It is necessary to arm the civil servants of the CAA. People have to stand up for themselves here, they don't have personal guards. They are fired at and blown up one by one. Who will be engaged in establishing a peaceful life, who will go to the civil service, knowing full well that he will not live there for a long time?" he said on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station.
According to him, it is also necessary to provide a video surveillance system and face recognition, in particular in crowded places. Rogov also considers it necessary to introduce the death penalty in these territories so that terrorists do not feel their impunity.
