Kirill Stremousov, in a conversation with RIA Novosti, called for moving the front line away from the Kherson region.

He noted that Russia and its allies are currently strengthening the front line.
"The Kherson region is locked up today, no one will rent it. This is not the direction of the easy way. We are ready to fight back against the Nazis and send them home. Now the front line is being strengthened," the deputy head of the regional administration explained.
He added that the Kakhovskaya HPP continues to work, despite the shelling from Ukraine.
"The Kakhovskaya HPP is working. Electricity is supplied," he stressed.
However, according to his data, the Kakhovsky Bridge passing through the hydroelectric dam is currently closed due to damage to the roadway. It was damaged by missile strikes.
According to Stremousov, Ukrainian troops in the Kherson direction lost more than 3,500 soldiers.

According to him, the police received information from local residents that "in the forest belt in the Tokmak district, unknown persons were dragging boxes with unknown contents."
"During the verification of this information, a cache was found containing 260 boxes with shells - 180 boxes with 125 mm shells and 80 boxes with 152 mm shells, as well as four boxes with head fuses. He clarified that law enforcement agencies managed to identify "citizens who are allegedly involved in the organization of the cache." According to him, the perpetrators will be brought to criminal responsibility.
