This was announced on Saturday by the head of the Russian troops of radiation, chemical and biological protection (RCBZ), Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
"At the initiative of the Russian Federation, a meeting of the states parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons will be held next week on the issue of non-compliance by the United States and Ukraine with obligations under this international treaty," Kirillov said.
According to the head of the RCBZ troops, during the event, the Russian Federation plans to provide documentary evidence of violations of Articles I and IV of the Convention by the United States and Ukraine.
