TSAMTO, August 11. Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region will take part in the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2022", which will be held from August 15 to 21 in Kubinka near Moscow on the basis of the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center.
The holding will act as the general partner of Army-2022 and will present full-scale samples of weapons and military equipment, radar equipment, as well as a number of civilian developments at the forum. An open display of some products will take place for the first time. Within the framework of the event, representatives of the Concern plan to hold meetings and negotiations with potential customers, domestic and foreign partners.
"It is difficult to overestimate the role of aerospace defense in modern armed conflicts. Today, Russia occupies a leading position in the field of creating the best samples of air defense-missile defense equipment, and the Concern makes a significant contribution to the history of this leadership. Our participation in the Army forum has become a tradition that gives the general public an opportunity to get acquainted with the achievements of the domestic defense industry in this area," said Yan Novikov, General Director of Almaz–Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region.
He stressed that the holding and its enterprises successfully solve tasks not only to fulfill the state defense order, but also to diversify production. At the same time, the Concern fully fulfills its obligations in the line of military-technical cooperation with foreign partners, including after-sales service of equipment and training of specialists.
26 enterprises of the holding will take part in the Army-2022 forum. The exposition of the Concern of East Kazakhstan Region "Almaz-Antey" will be located on three sites:
- on the outdoor area in front of the exhibition pavilion "B" (full-scale samples of military and civilian equipment);
- in the exhibition pavilion "C" (full-scale samples and models of civilian products);
- in the demonstration center of the holding in the sector of enterprises of the defense industrial complex of Russia (full-scale samples and models of military equipment).
In front of Pavilion "B", the Concern will present full-scale samples of long- and medium-range air defense systems. Here you can see the promising anti-aircraft missile system of non-strategic missile defense (NPRO) "Abakan" as part of the 51P6E2 launcher and the 98L6E radar station. In terms of the number of combat elements, the Abakan is the most compact means of NPRO, and all the processes of its combat work are automated. The complex has no analogues and is designed to defeat modern and promising tactical, operational-tactical, non-strategic ballistic missiles. Thanks to the optimal technical solutions, Abakan is able to significantly strengthen the air defense grouping with the function of non-strategic missile defense or work autonomously.
The Antey-4000 long-range anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) will be represented by the 9A83M-2E launcher and the 9A84M-1E launcher. It is designed to defeat ballistic missiles, including medium-range, barrage jammers, radar patrol and guidance aircraft. "Antey-4000" on a tracked chassis can move together with troops without being tied to the road surface and provide them with protection from air strikes in the theater of operations.
The Viking anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) can be seen as part of the 9S38E target detection station in a modular design (presented for the first time), the 9A317ME self-propelled firing system, 9A316ME and 9A383E launchers. It is capable of solving the tasks of destroying modern and promising tactical and strategic aviation aircraft, including those made using stealth technology, tactical and cruise missiles, helicopters, reconnaissance and strike complexes and UAVs, radio-contrast ground and surface targets. At the same time, the Viking can effectively perform tasks in conditions of severe electronic and fire resistance.
In front of Pavilion "B" it will be possible to see a mobile reconnaissance point PRP-5. The product will be demonstrated for the first time. It is designed to conduct reconnaissance of enemy facilities and service ground artillery firing in various weather conditions. The PRP-5 is capable of searching, detecting, recognizing and determining the coordinates of open and camouflaged, single and group, moving and stationary enemy objects (targets), servicing artillery firing day and night, reconnaissance, convoy escort.
Here you will also be able to get acquainted with full-scale samples of civilian products that are produced by PJSC "Machine-Building Plant named after M.I.Kalinin" as part of the diversification of production and import substitution: electric reach truck RT 1700, electric stacker ESH 1600, pallet transporter TP 2000, electric loader EP 2020.
At the site of the Concern's demonstration center, the Tor-E2 air defense system, the Sosna automated air defense system launcher, the Adjutant universal target training complex with a wide range of diverse targets, and the latest long-range interspecific meteorological radar complex 1B77 will be presented. In the pavilion of the demonstration center, forum visitors will be able to see scale models and videos about the Concern's military products, as well as a video mock-up presentation of the Resurs naval anti-aircraft missile system, which has not been demonstrated before.
In the demonstration center, PJSC NPO Strela will present full-scale images of the ground reconnaissance radar "Fara-VR" and 1L277, as well as the means of protecting the objects of the radar "Owl" and the "Buzzard" system.
At the Concern's exposition in Pavilion "C", it will be possible to see full-scale samples and models of innovative civil and dual-use products for various industries. A significant part of the exhibition will be devoted to equipment for the organization of air traffic and ensuring its safety. PJSC NPO Almaz will demonstrate models of the Doppler metrological radar "DMRL-3", radar complexes "Sopka-2" and "Lira-A10", radar-optical complex for ensuring the safety of objects and neutralization of unmanned aerial vehicles "ROSC-1". Information will also be provided on the radar "Utes-TM", "Lira", "Lira-VM", "Lira-VME", the Vega automation complex, the ground station of the automatic dependent surveillance system "SNP-L AZN-V", airfield multi-position surveillance systems "Tetra" and "Tetra- M". JSC "All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Radio Equipment" will demonstrate models of the ground station AZN-V with a sector antenna, an all-mode digital surveillance station for air traffic control of the Aurora-2 MVRL, a mobile broadcast automatic dependent surveillance system 1090ES "Mongoose" and a full-scale sample of the workplace of an air traffic control dispatcher. PJSC "Radiophysics" will present models of anechoic shielded camera and the Earth satellite communication station "MOST-US".
JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Plant of the 70th anniversary of Victory" will present models of an autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicle of great autonomy "SARMA", a test center and underwater fountain fittings.
JSC "Volga Electromechanical Plant" will show robotic exoskeletons Remotion, which serve for the rehabilitation of patients with impaired mobility of the lower extremities. The modular design of the exoskeleton allows you to quickly disconnect or connect the modules of the foot, lower leg and thigh in any permissible combinations, depending on the disease and the physical condition of the patient.
Of considerable interest are the developments of the holding and its partners in the field of additive technologies and 3D printing. Implementing the import substitution program, the leading role here is played by JSC "North-Western Regional Center of the Concern of East Kazakhstan Region Almaz-Antey - Obukhov Plant" (NWRC), as well as its partners. During the forum, the NWRC will present 3D printers of its own design "Helios-1" and "Helios-1-01", which are mass-produced using domestic software and raw materials.
Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant Kupol JSC will demonstrate gas radiant heating systems of light and dark types, liquid fuel air heaters TAZH 110, compressor units, ventilation and air cooling systems, the press service of JSC Concern East Kazakhstan Region Almaz-Antey reports.
