"The Army-2022 International Military-Technical Forum, the Army International Games and the 10th Moscow Conference on International Security will once again unite representatives of the Russian and foreign armed forces, will become a center of attraction for domestic and foreign experts in the field of defense and national security.
On August 15, we traditionally open large-scale international events at the Patriot Exhibition Center.
The forum's events will be held at the facilities of the park, the Alabino training ground, Kubinka airfield, as well as on the territory of military districts and the Northern Fleet: in total, more than 30 subjects of the Russian Federation.
At the forum, it will be possible to get acquainted with advanced technical solutions and promising developments of enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex, discuss prospects for expanding military-technical ties, as well as issues of cooperation in the field of defense of states and ensuring their national interests.
To date, 72 States have confirmed the participation of their official military delegations in the events of the forum.
More than one and a half thousand enterprises and organizations, including foreign ones, are planning to present samples of their products. Developments in the field of artificial intelligence, radio-electronic and information technologies will be demonstrated.
In addition to a wide range of thematic expositions, a rich scientific and business program, including 289 events, a dynamic demonstration of the capabilities of weapons, military and special equipment will be held for our foreign partners. Negotiations and business meetings of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense with representatives of official foreign delegations will be held.
In the conditions of the modern military-political situation, the Ministry of Defense has decided to hold the First International Anti-Fascist Congress, the purpose of which will be to counteract the falsification of history and the glorification of fascism.
During the forum, it is planned to sign state contracts with industrial enterprises worth more than 500 billion rubles, as well as the conclusion by Rosoboronexport Joint stock company of international contracts for the supply of weapons and military equipment.
A platform of interest will be the presentation of the capabilities of weapons and military equipment within the framework of the International Army Games (ArMI-2022).
Despite unprecedented attempts by the West to isolate Russia and other sovereign states, the geography of the Army Games continues to expand – 34 competitions are planned to be held on the territory of three continents.
This year, the Games are hosted by 12 countries: Azerbaijan, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, Russia and Uzbekistan; for the first time, the Sniper Frontier competition will be held in South America – Venezuela will be the host.
In total, more than 260 teams from 35 countries with more than 6,500 people have been announced to participate in the Games. The participating countries represent more than 4 billion. the population of the Earth.
This year's debutants will be teams from Rwanda and Bolivia.
The Army International Games will begin on August 13 and will be held for two weeks.
In order to bring peoples closer together, familiarize themselves with the cultural traditions of the participating countries and popularize the Games, thematic events are held at the Museum of the Army Games, "Friendship Houses" and "Fan Clubs".
Guests and participants of the Games, along with the opportunity to study geography, the history of the development of Games and competitions, will be able to attend performances by creative teams of participating countries, master classes, drawing lots, exhibitions dedicated to friendly relations of defense departments.
During the Games, the work of the meeting of the International Association of the Federation of Army International Games is planned to develop a plan for the 2023 Games.
Currently, a number of states have already informed the organizing committee about their readiness to hold competitions on their territory.
