The Army International Games will be held from August 13 to 27 on the territory of 12 states

Several foreign countries have already announced their readiness to hold competitions on their territory within the framework of the Army International Games ("ArMI") in 2023. This was stated on Wednesday by the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General Pavel Popov at a briefing for foreign military attaches.
"During the Games [this year], a meeting of the International Association of Federations of the Army International Games is planned to develop a plan for the 2023 Games. Currently, a number of states have already informed about their readiness to hold competitions on their territory in 2023," he said.
Pavel Popov also expressed confidence that the International Military-Technical Forum "Army" and the Army Games will contribute to the further development of military and military-technical cooperation with Russia's foreign partners.
This year, the Army International Games will be held from August 13 to 27 on the territory of 12 countries: Azerbaijan, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Venezuela, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, Russia and Uzbekistan. In total, more than 260 teams from 35 countries, numbering more than 6.5 thousand people, have been announced to participate in the games. This year, the debutants of the Army Games will be the teams of Rwanda and Bolivia.
