In the unfettered areas of Donbass, people are being taken right on the streets and roadblocks, the LNR ambassador to Russia said
The aerospace forces of the Russian Federation with precision weapons destroyed up to 200 militants of the "Right Sector" (the organization is banned in the Russian Federation. — "Izvestia") in Kamyshevakha, Zaporozhye region. Experts note that forced mobilization has begun in the areas of Donbass controlled by Ukraine — all men are sent to the front, despite their health or other circumstances.

— High-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces in the village of Kamyshevakha, Zaporozhye region, hit the temporary deployment point of the Nazi formation "Right Sector". Up to 200 militants have been destroyed," the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, said on July 19.
In the area of the village of Dolina (DPR), high-precision weapons struck the combat positions of the battalion of the 81st Airmobile Brigade of the VFU. More than 60 personnel were destroyed, as well as seven armored vehicles and an ammunition depot.
— In order to compensate for the significant losses in personnel and equipment suffered by the 66th and 72nd mechanized, 58th motorized infantry and 10th mountain assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operating in the Soledar direction, forced mobilization of residents of the cities of Artemovsk, Chas Yar, Soledar, Dzerzhinsk and other nearby settlements is carried out. Vehicles are being seized from local residents to complete the connections," Igor Konashenkov said.

The officer of the People 's Militia of the LPR, Andrei Marochko, with reference to intelligence data, confirmed: Ukrainian units that suffered losses in the Luhansk People's Republic are being completed in the Artemivsk area.
— The main part of the replenishment comes from western Ukraine, at the expense of mobilized civilians, — he said.
It is impossible to name the exact figures of the losses of the Ukrainian formations now — they are carrying them on the territory they control, the LNR ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik told Izvestia.
— They have the biggest losses around Seversk, — he said. — The enemy protects the personnel parts. Terrbats (territorial battalions) are thrown into battle. — "Izvestia") from recently mobilized citizens. Seversk and the suburbs, the forests around the city were literally stuffed with such parts. There was a fortified area, which was defended by poorly trained units. The Allied forces are trying to avoid losses, so these fortifications are not stormed, but frankly demolished by artillery.
According to Rodion Miroshnik, an active hunt for Western artillery installations and missile systems — American HIMARS MLRS and French Caesar self-propelled guns - has also begun at the front.
— The troops will enter the cities after the enemy's fire activity is broken, — the LNR ambassador noted. — Unless, of course, Ukraine itself removes and withdraws its units, realizing that they will simply be destroyed. They are now being smoothly brought to this state.
Rodion Miroshnik stressed: "persistent defense of the Ukrainian side will be very expensive."
— In the same Lisichansk, the VFU lost about 6 thousand. [man],— he reminded. — In Seversk and the surrounding area, a group of 5-7 thousand was caught up, despite the fact that 12 thousand residents lived in the city itself. It should also be noted that the losses are not only from the fire of our artillery — skirmishes between the remnants of the Ukrainian national battalions and other units have become more frequent.

According to the Ambassador, Ukraine is now trying to "suck out all mobilization opportunities" in the as-yet-unfettered areas of Donbass.
— Now the Ukrainian authorities are grabbing people on the streets and roadblocks, — he said. — After that, they are given weapons in their hands and sent to the front. The peasants have nowhere to go — the entire territory is blocked by a network of checkpoints, they take everyone in a row. There is no one to complain to the mobilized, for example, about a poor state of health. In international law, such a process is called forced mobilization.
Warehouses with foreign ammunition
Strikes against Ukrainian formations and troops are also being carried out in other regions. In particular, on July 19, in the area of the settlement of Belenke, Odessa region, high-precision weapons destroyed ammunition depots for weapons supplied by the United States and European countries.
During the counter-battery struggle, four platoons of Grad multiple launch rocket systems, 13 artillery platoons of D-20 howitzers and 10 artillery platoons of D-30 guns were destroyed during the day.
Operational-tactical, army aviation, missile troops and artillery hit seven control points, including the 81st Airmobile Brigade, the 60th Infantry Brigade, the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade, five ammunition depots, two fuel depots and 197 troop concentration areas.
During the day, Russian air defense shot down a Mi-24 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force, four unmanned aerial vehicles, four Tochka-U ballistic missiles and five Uragan multiple rocket launcher shells.

The VFU continues to use residential buildings, educational institutions and other social facilities for military purposes, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, said on July 19.
In Dnipro, on the territories of schools No. 98 and No. 129, units of nationalist formations and armored vehicles are stationed, artillery positions and ammunition depots are equipped. Evacuation of residents of nearby houses was not carried out.
In Nikolaev, on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings (Bogoyavlensky Ave. and Morehodnaya Str.), territorial defense fighters equipped strong points. At the same time, local residents are forbidden to leave their apartments, and all their attempts to evacuate themselves to safe areas are severely suppressed.
In Volnyansk, Zaporozhye region, in kindergartens on Gorky and Tsiolkovsky streets, there are VFU units, ammunition depots and armored vehicles, approaches to buildings are mined, but this was not reported to the local population.
In Artemivsk (DPR), on the territory of the city water utility, units of Ukrainian armed formations have deployed a temporary deployment point, and artillery and MLRS positions are located in the adjacent territory.

In addition, in Avdiivka (DPR), neo-Nazis, under the pretext of saving from artillery shelling, placed civilians on the territory of a coke plant and are holding them as a "human shield". At the very same enterprise, the militants have placed artillery and MLRS, from which they systematically fire at nearby settlements.
— The purpose of these cynical actions of Ukrainian nationalists is to provoke a return fire, after which, according to an already worked—out scenario, with wide media coverage in the media, to accuse the Armed Forces of Russia and the formations of the Donetsk People's Republic of the death of civilians as a result of allegedly indiscriminate strikes, — Mikhail Mizintsev stressed.
Fight for the post
On July 19, the Ministry of Defense told about the soldiers and officers who showed courage and dedication during the special operation.
Battalion-tactical group of Corporal Viktor Sankov liberated the settlement from Ukrainian nationalists. At first, Viktor destroyed the militant with aimed fire from the cannon of the car, who was correcting the fire on the radio station, being on the top floor of the building. Later, while pursuing the retreating enemy, Victor found a group of five militants and eliminated them.
— With his bold and decisive actions, Corporal Viktor Sankov ensured the liberation of the settlement from militants, — the military department said.
The group of Sergeant Nikolai Grigoriev was escorting the column when he saw a fortified enemy checkpoint. Russian servicemen engaged in battle with the nationalists. At this time, Nikolai, having competently taken up a position, conducted aimed fire at the enemy. The militants waited for reinforcements and decided to counterattack. Sergeant Grigoriev, having chosen the most advantageous place on the hill, established a connection with the command post from there and transmitted the coordinates of the checkpoint.

Thanks to the coordinates transmitted in a timely manner, the enemy checkpoint with its personnel was destroyed by an artillery salvo. There were no losses in the group of Russian servicemen, the Defense Ministry said.
Senior Warrant Officer Dmitry Posokhin delivered ammunition and supplies to Russian units.
Approaching the positions of our troops, Dmitry realized that it would be difficult to deliver ammunition to the front line — because of the increased artillery shelling. Posokhin took the car out from under enemy mortar fire to a safe place, after which, risking his life, he personally delivered 14 boxes of ammunition and at least 20 grenades to hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers to the unit leading the battle.
By his actions, senior Warrant Officer Dmitry Posokhin allowed to develop the offensive of Russian units, the Ministry of Defense noted.
