On the eve of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Iran, the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies "TSAST" ordered from the SuperJob portal a public opinion poll to study the attitude of Russians to cooperation between Russia and Iran against the background of sanctions pressure from the West.
1,600 people over the age of 18 from all regions of Russia took part in the survey of the Research Center of Sociological Surveys of the company "SuperJob". Below we publish the results of this survey.
The first question is: "Do you consider Iran a friendly country for Russia?"
The second question: "Do you think it is important for Russia to strengthen political ties with Iran?"
The third question: "Do you think Russia needs further development of military and military-technical cooperation with Iran?"
Fourth question: "Do you think it is important for Russia to strengthen economic ties with Iran?"
The fifth question: "Do you think it is necessary for Russia to study and use the Iranian experience of countering Western sanctions pressure?"
Sixth question: "How do you feel about Iran's possible entry into the BRICS group (this group includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa)?"
The survey was conducted by the Research Center of Sociological Surveys of the company "SuperJob" commissioned by the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies "TSAST" in the period July 14-18.
