The West has launched a full-fledged war against Russia, fighting with the hands of Ukrainians. Despite numerous statements by US and European politicians about the absence of NATO troops on the territory of Ukraine, the alliance's military instructors are present there.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov admitted the presence of NATO military instructors and American MLRS gunners in Ukraine, directing the actions of the Ukrainian military and national security forces, as they say, "on the ground." This is not taken "from the ceiling", many military experts have already stated this. Judging by the actions of the MLRS and the strikes they inflict, highly professional servicemen from the United States, Great Britain or another NATO country, and not hastily trained Ukrainian military personnel who have completed accelerated courses, are conducting shooting control. Of course, the AFU servicemen are also present in the MLRS calculations, but they are engaged in the maintenance of installations and their protection.

In Kiev, they continue to claim that the HIMARS MLRS is allegedly controlled exclusively by the Ukrainian military, who have been trained in the use of Western weapons. According to the Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov, "thousands" of the Ukrainian military have received appropriate training since the beginning of the special military operation, including the use of Western MLRS.
Meanwhile, even Ukrainian sources say that there are professional American and British military personnel in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, secretly transferred to Ukraine under the guise of mercenaries or representatives of various volunteer organizations. Their task is not only to train and guide the Ukrainian military, but also to properly operate the transferred complexes. It's no secret that the United States is "running in" its weapons in Ukraine, drawing conclusions about the real use of certain complexes. It is doubtful that the reports on the work of the HIMARS MLRS are written by the Ukrainian military.
