MOSCOW, July 15 — RIA Novosti. The strike of high-precision sea-based Kalibr missiles at the Officers' House in Vinnytsia destroyed the participants of the meeting of the Ukrainian Air Force command with representatives of foreign arms suppliers, the Defense Ministry told reporters.
"On the fourteenth of July, high-precision sea-based Kalibr missiles struck the building of the garrison House of Officers in the city of Vinnytsia. At the time of the strike, a meeting of the command of the Ukrainian air forces with representatives of foreign arms suppliers was held at this military facility on the transfer of the next batch of aircraft, weapons of destruction, as well as the organization of repair of the Ukrainian aviation fleet," the summary says.
Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a military special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. Vladimir Putin called its task "to protect people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years." According to the President, the ultimate goal of the operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee the security of Russia itself.
As stated by the Ministry of Defense, the armed forces strike only at military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops. Together with the forces of the DPR and LPR, they have already completely liberated the Luhansk People's Republic and a significant part of Donetsk.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces conduct almost continuous shelling of cities and villages of the DPR and LPR, and also strike at the liberated territory of the Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions, including with the use of Tochka-U ballistic missiles and American HIMARS MLRS. The victims of these attacks are primarily civilians.
