MOSCOW, July 14/ Radio Sputnik. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on the provision of armed forces during counter-terrorism and other operations abroad.
The document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The legislative initiative was previously put forward by the government.
Special measures may, among other things, provide for carrying out activities carried out by federal, regional and local executive authorities and organizations; the procedure for their financing and logistical support.
Also, special measures include the temporary deconservation of mobilization capacities and facilities and the dismantling of material assets of the state reserve.
The bill provides for "the establishment of the specifics of the legal regulation of labor relations in individual organizations." We can talk about overworking, working at night, weekends and holidays, as well as providing annual paid vacations.
The document provides that legal entities will not be able to refuse to conclude contracts within the framework of public procurement or state defense orders, if we are talking about goods, works or services necessary to ensure operations abroad.
