Moscow. July 11. INTERFAX - The Russian military reported the destruction of a warehouse near Kharkov, where more than 200 tons of foreign anti-tank complexes and missiles were stored.
The official representative of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General of the Russian Federation Igor Konashenkov, said at a briefing on Monday that during the day the control point of the 58th Motorized Infantry Brigade near Artemovsk in the Donetsk People's Republic, manpower and military equipment of the Ukrainian army, including in the Kharkiv area, were destroyed by high-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
According to him, "an armament depot was destroyed near Kharkov, where more than 200 tons of foreign-made anti-tank missile systems and missiles for them were stored."
"Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have been hit during the day: 27 control points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, units of Ukrainian artillery in firing positions in 53 districts, as well as manpower and military equipment in 156 districts," Konashenkov said.
"Three ammunition depots were destroyed in the areas of Komsomolskoye and Partizanskoye settlements of the Mykolaiv region, as well as the Osa AKM anti-aircraft missile system in the area of the settlement of Seversk," he said.
On February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. On February 24, Putin announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine. In response, many countries have imposed large-scale sanctions against Russia. A number of countries supply Ukraine with weapons and equipment.
