The amount of the fine can be up to 500 thousand rubles
MOSCOW, June 28. /tass/. At a meeting on Tuesday, the State Duma adopted immediately in the second and third readings a bill introducing a new composition into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) - "Failure to submit a price offer for products under a state defense order and information on the costs of its production."
According to the adopted law, if the contractor, the sole supplier, as well as economic entities for which the conclusion of the contract is mandatory, have not submitted, at the request of the state customer, proposals on the price of products under the state defense order (including documents justifying such a price), as well as information that must be provided under the legislation in the field of state defense order, this is will lead to the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. For legal entities, the fine will be from 300 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.
In addition, an administrative fine from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles for officials and from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles for legal entities is imposed for violation by the head executor of the deadlines established in accordance with the legislation and (or) the procedure for submitting a report on the execution of a state contract.
FAS officials are authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses on the facts of non-submission of proposals on the price (forecast price) of products supplied under the state defense order.
