The United States imposed sanctions against Pskov paratroopers

WASHINGTON, June 28 - RIA Novosti. The United States imposed sanctions against the 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade from the Air Force and the 76th Airborne Assault Division and the 234th Airborne Assault Regiment based in the Pskov region, the US Treasury Department reports.

According to a document published by the department, the United States is imposing sanctions against the 64th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade based in the Eastern Military District, and the Pskov 76th Guards Airborne Assault Division and the 234th Guards Airborne Assault Regiment.

The Ministry of Finance points out that new sanctions restrictions are being imposed against organizations "of crucial importance for the defense industrial base of the Russian Federation."
