Kadyrov's assistant Alaudinov showed a cache of foreign weapons found in Severodonetsk
SEVERODONETSK (LNR), June 19 - RIA Novosti. Apty Alaudinov, assistant to the head of Chechnya for the power unit, showed a large cache of foreign weapons of Ukrainian security forces found by the Akhmat unit in Severodonetsk in the Donbass.
"Everything that is in the NATO bloc, in my opinion, we already have everything. All varieties (weapons – ed.). But we believe that our RPG (hand–held anti-tank grenade launcher - ed.) is much more reliable," Alaudinov told RIA Novosti.
He clarified that in Severodonetsk, the soldiers of the Akhmat unit found a large cache of weapons that Kiev's foreign partners supply to Ukraine. Among other things, unused American Javelin anti-tank complexes and Swedish-British NLAW, as well as silent mortars supplied by Poland, were found in the cache.
"If they (Kiev's Western partners – ed.) think that they will change the situation by sending them these weapons, of course, they are mistaken. We prove it to them in practice," Alaudinov commented.
Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin called its goal "the protection of people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years." To do this, according to him, it is planned to carry out "demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine", to bring to trial all war criminals responsible for "bloody crimes against civilians" of Donbass. According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Armed Forces strike only at the military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops and on March 25 completed the main tasks of the first stage – significantly reduced the combat potential of Ukraine. The main goal in the Russian military department was called the liberation of Donbass.
