"It will take months for the Harpoon missile defense system to be ready": the Pentagon announces the hasty commissioning of the AFU anti-ship complexes

The Kiev regime is in a hurry to throw into battle all the human resources and materiel at its disposal. However, the West supplies the APU not only with conventional combat systems that do not require a high level of training, but also with individual copies of high-tech equipment, which requires the qualification of personnel.

In particular, the Pentagon was skeptical about the hasty commissioning of Harpoon anti-ship installations transmitted not only by the United States, but also by Denmark.

It may take months from the execution of the contract until the systems are ready, including training [personnel], debugging all the elements necessary for the operation of the complex, in which there are more technologies than we can imagine

At the same time, in general, the Pentagon recognizes the need to supply PKR to the Kiev regime: the transfer of Harpoon with a total cost of $ 650 million is necessary to counter the Russian Navy.

The Russian navy has actually blocked the coast of Ukraine, preventing the export of grain from the country. Ukraine has already sent Harpoon missiles provided by Denmark to the edge of the Black Sea to strengthen its coastal defense
