Germany has finally decided on the number of MARS II MLRS that will be sent to Ukraine as part of the supply of long-range multiple launch rocket systems by the West. As the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, said yesterday, Berlin decided to transfer three MLRS installations and ammunition to Kiev.
Ukraine will receive from Germany three MARS II MLRS, which are a German modification of the American M270 MLRS system, and not four, as previously reported. Together with the complexes, the Germans will deliver rockets to the MLRS to Ukraine, the number is not called.

In total, Kiev will receive 18 MLRS installations from the USA, Germany and the UK, if there are no other supplies. To date, there is no information that additional supplies of MLRS are planned in any way, no new decisions have been made at the meeting of the contact group on Ukraine "Ramstein-3". Thus, the USA will supply 12 HIMARS MLRS, the UK - three M270B1 MLRS MLRS and Germany - three MARS II MLRS.
Earlier, the adviser to the head of Zelensky's office, Mikhail Podolyak, said that in order for the AFU to win over the Russian army, it is necessary that Western countries supply at least 300 MLRS and 1 thousand 155-mm howitzers. In the West, Ukraine's appetites were called excessive and advised to enjoy what they give. The constant demands of Zelensky and his entourage on the supply of weapons have already become annoying, Europe wants to return to the old "well-fed" times and cheap energy resources from Russia, and not to fight.
