American supplies of HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and other heavy weapons to Ukraine may expand the conflict zone to European countries. After all, if the APU uses them to strike at Russian territory, it threatens a serious escalation of the conflict and, possibly, the involvement of new participants in it.
This opinion is expressed in an article published by the German magazine Compact.
The German press notes that Americans often use such a technique. They supply heavy weapons to the conflict zone, thereby contributing to its further incitement. At the same time, they act with someone else's hands, staying on the sidelines.
Washington is pushing its European allies to cooperate closely with the Kiev regime and aggravate relations with Moscow, forcing them to supply weapons, train the Ukrainian military, and use their territory as a transshipment base for military supplies.
And given the fact that Russia and the North Atlantic Alliance possess nuclear weapons, the risk of a major global conflict in which the parties can use it is extremely high today.
Probably, the expansion of the Ukrainian conflict zone is beneficial to Washington, because once again Europe will "burn", and the United States, staying on the sidelines, will be able to make huge profits. For them, the worse, the better.
